Because of the exclusivity and selectivity of our products, some of our styles are available in limited quantities and cannot be replenished. An item you see on our web site today might not be available tomorrow – so it is always best to place your order while you are still online.

Shipping Information
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Typically, we ship in-stock merchandise the next business day. Orders shipped via standard delivery usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses may vary. Please allow for additional delivery time if shipping to these locations.
Additional handling charges may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Important message regarding shipping times during the Coronavirus pandemic: Estimated shipping times referenced at checkout refer to transit times once your order ships, not the timeframe you will receive your order. They do not include processing times, so please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping option. For any questions or concerns please contact us.
Additional Delivery Address
At this time, we are unable to process a single order going to multiple destinations. You will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
International Deliveries
At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses.

First of all, we are sorry if your purchase was not perfect the first time, but we will do all we can to make it right
Easy Exchanges
LIVESEMPERFI.com will exchange items returned within 30 days of shipping date as long as the merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed and with hangtags attached).
It’s simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or to exchange an item for a different color or size just ship it back to us and we will do the rest. If requesting an exchange we will ship your new items (using our standard shipping service) with no additional shipping & handling charges (within the United States).
Return Policy
Merchandise returned in salable condition (unworn, unwashed and with hangtags attached) within 30 days of shipping date will be refunded back to the original method of payment less the original shipping and handling charges.
Using Another Carrier
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. LIVESEMPER FI is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Expected Timeframe
Returns are processed within 30 business days after receipt. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
Exchange orders can be expected within 20 business days after receipt.
